Stories for families in Pune
Pune is a Marathi city. Hey Minie does not have Marathi. It does have Hindi, English, Telugu and Kannada for the homes that use those languages.
Pune has Marathi households, and it has a large number of families who moved for college, for work, or for a few years and stayed. Those are different bedtime problems. This page is allowed to say which one Hey Minie can help.
If you wanted Marathi
The app does not include Marathi. A Kannada or Hindi story is not a substitute you should sell to a child as 'close enough'. Use a person, a book, or another source for Marathi, and use Hey Minie only for a language it actually has.
If home is Hindi, Telugu, Kannada or English
Then the fit is straightforward. Hindi for many north-Indian homes in the city. Telugu and Kannada for parents who do not want those languages to shrink to phone calls. English when the story is the wind-down and the home language happened at dinner. Ages 3 to 10. Voice questions. A Kurma parent section behind a fingerprint lock.
Pune evenings can look calm from outside and still be a stack of classes. Do not put the story after the last class if everyone is already furious. Put it instead of the last screen, or move a class. The screen-time guide is the practical version of that swap. No user counts, no 'Pune parents love us'. We have not published that.
Questions parents ask
Is there a Marathi mode?
No.
Can both parents use different languages on different nights?
Yes. The four languages live in one library. Pick the one a person in the house also speaks.
