Welcome to Hey Minie, a product of Little Leap Digital Pvt Ltd. Hey Minie is designed for parents to manage AI-powered interactive storytelling for their children. Our AI interacts directly with children to generate personalized storytelling experiences while parents oversee their usage. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: We collect email addresses when parents sign up.
• AI Interaction Data: We process interactions to generate personalized storytelling experiences.
• Usage Data: We track interactions to improve AI accuracy. Voice recordings of children speaking with Minie are stored on encrypted servers in India, as described in Section 5 below.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and improve AI-powered stories for children.
• To analyze and present insights to parents about their child's storytelling interactions.
• To enhance AI learning models. Voice recordings are used to improve speech recognition for children's voices (see Section 5).

4. AI-Generated Insights & Accuracy

Hey Minie's AI analyzes child responses to provide insights to parents. These insights:

• Are not clinically validated and should not be considered professional assessments.
• May contain inaccuracies, and parents should use discretion in interpreting insights.
• Are generated dynamically. Voice recordings are stored only to improve our AI, as described in Section 5.

5. Voice Recordings

To help Hey Minie understand and respond to children better, we save audio recordings of conversations on encrypted servers in India. We use these recordings only to:

• Improve our AI's ability to understand children's voices
• Make Minie's responses smarter and safer
• Fix technical problems when something goes wrong

We never share recordings with third parties, sell them, or use them for advertising. Recordings are auto-deleted after 90 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@minie.ai.

6. Data Protection & Security

We implement security measures to protect user data. However, no system is 100% secure, and users acknowledge that they share data at their own risk.

7. Data Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your Hey Minie account and associated data at any time. To initiate a deletion request, please visit our Account Deletion page. Once submitted, your request will be processed within 7 days.
